New Family Pictures

We went to Fotofly to get some family pictures. I am a little behind. I didn't really get any pictures of Scarlett in her blessing dress so here she is at 6 months in it. Oops. Adelaide didn't get her 2 year pictures so we did that too.
We couldn't get her to sit still. She was either grabbing her dress or she would put her hands in her mouth. Finally we had to resort to standing her up.

Adelaide is the only one that could get Scartlett to smile.
Adelaide LOVED getting her picture taken. We had an awesome photographer named Camp that got Adelaide just a laughing and smiling. I was so nervous she wasn't going to do well, but she did great and we got some awesome pictures of her smiling.

Christmas Day

It was fun to go to church on Christmas Day. The program was filled with beautiful music to help us remember our Savior on this special day.
Christmas morning Adelaide got to see what Santa had left her. She thought it was pretty cool to get a bunch of new toys. Every present she opened she had to open it up and play with it right then.
Her princess play hut was the hit this Christmas. She wanted everyone to either come find her or get in and play with her. Good thing she has such fun aunts and uncles that were so willing to play with her all day.
Adelaide and Milli posing with their new sparkle Toms from Grandma and Grandpa.
And their matching baby dolls
We had such a great Christmas this year. We are so blessed and grateful for all of our family and friends and especially for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Christmas Eve

This year we were at the Ferrin's for Christmas Eve. Grandma cooked a delicious meal as always and the kids ran around excited as could be.
The girls in their new pajamas.
Adelaide sure loves ALL of her cousins!!

Santa Claus

This was the first year we had Adelaide sit on Santa's lap. We have been talking him up so she would want to. We kept asking her if she wanted to sit on Santa's lap and she said yes. Cole and her saw Santa at the mall and Adelaide loved watching all the kids sit on Santa's lap. When Cole asked her if she wanted to sit on his lap she said yes. Well, instead of waiting in line we decided to see Santa somewhere else. Adelaide was so excited! As soon as Santa walked in the room she froze. We had Scarlett go first and then Adelaide. She wouldn't crack a smile. She didn't freak out, but she wouldn't say two words either. When Santa asked her if she wanted toys she did nod her head yes.

Adelaide's First Haircut!

Yes Adelaide is 2 and getting her first haircut. She didn't even get it all cut, just the back. She had a little mullet going on. She was so good to sit there and let Aunt Erin cut her hair. Of course she also knew she was getting suckers and gum at the end of it.

Posing with her new do and suckers. Thanks Erin!!
