Birth Announcement

Loving Scarlett

Adelaide has loved having a new baby sister. She probably loves her to much! She is constantly in her face. If her binky falls out she will rush over to put it back in and then she decides to pull it out and try and put it back in her mouth. She asks me all day long if she can hold her. If Scarlett is crying she will come and tell me. I have loved watching Adelaide with Scarlett!

Adelaide kept checking Scarlett to see if she was saying, "cheese."
Scarlett hates getting bathed right now. One time while Cole was bathing her she started to pee. She was up on the counter so her pee was getting all over the counter and floor. Cole's first instinct was to say, "oh shit" and then followed by grabbing his shirt and trying to catch her pee. I was laughing so hard! So glad it was Cole and not me.

Flower Girl

My sister Kristen got married last Friday. She had a beautiful wedding and Adelaide was lucky enough to be one of her flower girls. She was a little intimidated by all of the people watching her so I was lucky enough to help her down the aisle. She had so much fun playing with Milli and Megan all night. They ran all over the yard and up and down the steps all night. I knew she was exhausted when she came up to me and said, "bye bye." She was ready to go home. Unfortunately I only took these two pictures.

We are so glad to have my sister Ashly home from New York!

Adelaide and Maddie

It has been so fun to watch Adelaide play with other kids. Our cute neighbor Maddie has been a good sport to play with Adelaide. They actually have the same birthday so they are exactly 3 years apart. Adelaide asks me all day long if she can play with Maddie. She gets so excited every time she sees her and it is always a chore when playtime is over. Their favorite thing to do is blow bubbles and to eat a popsicle. I'm sure Maddie will be glad when Adelaide can actually ride bikes around with her. We are sure glad to have Maddie as our neighbor!
